At Highton Preschool we cater to families in Highton, Waurn Ponds, Belmont and the greater Geelong community. In our kindergarten we provide a safe, fun, social and nurturing environment for your child to play, create, learn and thrive. We offer programs for 3, 4 and 5 year old children. Our kindergarten program provides a sound social and educative experience for all children on their path of 'learning to learn' in our secure community setting.

2011 marks the 50 year anniversary of Highton Preschool, we are all very excited to be celebrating with our beloved kindergarten families and community. We believe in the importance of community and a sense of belonging and aim to provide a supportive, committed and active partnership between parents and staff. We aim to support preschool children and their families in striving towards achieving their goals and dreams.

At Highton Preschool we understand that choosing a kindergarten is the first of many important decisions parents make about their children's education. Our staff are passionate about early childhood education and take great pride in the high quality that our preschool provides. Each kindergarten room has a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and an assistant.

Our pre-school centre caters for children with disabilities or special needs. Allocated parking for permit holders, ramps to the outdoor area and an air-conditioned environment ensure that the kindergarten is accessible and comfortable for all children.
